Health and safety guidelines for the Institute of Cultural Studies for the winter semester of 2020/2021

Wearing a face mask or a visor during breaks and in common areas such as corridors;

  • Keeping safe social distance (1.5m);
  • Students are allowed to take only designated seats in classrooms. Each classroom has seats for a limited number of people;
  • Each teacher is obliged to call the roll and make an attendance list for each class they teach;
  • Using hand sanitizers available at the entrance to the building, classrooms, and other rooms (At the entrance to the building, classrooms, and other rooms students should be able to find information (both in Polish and English) on how to use the hand sanitizer);
  • After the class is finished teachers should open the windows in the classroom;
  • If students have several classes in a row in the same classroom, they should stay in the classroom even during breaks. In other case students should leave classrooms during breaks.
  • Only students who feel well and have no respiratory infections are allowed to participate in classes and lectures.
  • Students should leave the institute building as soon as they have finished their classes and lectures;
  • Please report SARS-CoV-2 infections by e-mail to the head of the Institute of Cultural Studies to ensure the safety of others;
  • We encourage you to call or email the dean's office and other offices in the Institute;
  • The Head of the Institute of Cultural Studies recommends following current health and safety guidelines published by the Chief Sanitary Inspector.
